Broad and Cassel Fort Lauderdale Partner and national health law expert Lester J. Perling has been appointed Chair of The Florida Bar’s Health Law Certification Committee effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.

A board-certified health law attorney himself, Perling has served four years on the Health Law Certification Committee, which drafts and grades the Health Law Certification Exam each year.

A former healthcare executive, Perling holds a master’s degree in health care administration and serves as a member of Broad and Cassel’s Health Law and White Collar Criminal and Civil Fraud Defense Practice Groups.
